23 Feb Telluride Association of REALTORS Offers Assistance to Virginia Placer Lottery Winners

The Telluride Association of REALTORS (TAR) announced that it will continue its tradition of giving to locals looking for a home. TAR will be offering one-time grants to the lucky winners of the Virginia Placer lottery. Click Here for an Application.

“Since 2002 we have given nearly $600,000 in grants to First Time Home Buyers. This time we thought it was important to assist renters looking to get into Virginia Placer. We know that moving can be expensive and that every dollar counts, and that’s why we decided to allocate funds to the lottery winners,” said Pat Pelisson, chair of TAR’s First Time Home Buyer’s Committee. The funds are donated by REALTORS who voluntarily give to the program.
Renters who qualify through the San Miguel Housing Authority can submit an application through the Telluride Association of REALTORS by either calling or emailing the TAR office at 970-728-5172 or emailing admin@telluriderealtors.net
