  • Community Banks of Colorado has been serving the local Telluride community for the past 15 years. We are thrilled to be nominated for the TAR Affiliate Award. This recognition reflects our dedication and commitment to fostering strong relationships within our community.     Tricia Maxon: Tricia Maxon has lived in Telluride for 30 years, after moving to Telluride from New York City where she was a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase.  In Telluride, she served as the Senior Loan Officer for First National Bank (now Alpine Bank), as well as the President of the Bank of Telluride (now US Bank).

    For the past 16 years, Tricia has worked for Community Banks of Colorado and NBH Bank in various roles.  She built out the Business Banking Division for the holding company and served as the Director of Business Banking.  Thereafter she was the Director of Personal Banking and Digital Engagement and managed the company’s 100 banking centers across the holding company’s footprint.  Today, Tricia is the Director of Resort Market Banking for the company.

    Tricia currently serves on the board of the Telluride Hospital District, Board of Directors and Investment and Finance Committee for the Telluride Foundation, and also is a board member for 2 HOA’s in Aspen and Telluride.

    Andi Alexander: Andi has lived in Telluride since 1994, having relocated from Boulder. She has been a Mortgage banker since graduating from CU, with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Andi has been active in the Telluride Board of Realtors since moving here and was the Affiliate Liaison twice. She is currently the Regional Mortgage Loan Officer for Community Banks of Colorado, covering Southwestern Colorado and Northern New Mexico for the Bank, specializing in Resort Markets.  Previously she developed the mortgage division for Bank of Telluride, and was the Vice President of American National Bank running the Western Mortgage Division.  Andi is very involved in the Telluride community.

    • I have been SUPER ACTIVE with First Time Home Buyers, closed deed restricted loans in Telluride, Crested Butte, Durango and other markets across the state this year.  Have spear headed getting the deed restrictions approved by FNMA and FHLMC all over the state.  It’s been a huge project and I LOVE our local buyers and make them a PRIORITY in my business.

    Rachel Cook:  Rachel has lived and worked in the Telluride area since 2016 and moved from Ohio to experience the beauty of Colorado. During this time, she was the Branch Supervisor at ANB Bank for 4 years where she developed her passion for banking and helping others. She was the Assistant Banking Center Manager at Community Banks of Colorado for about 2 1/2 years and recently received a promotion for Assistant Vice President – Banking Center Manager, which she has been in the role for about 3 months. She loves her job role and is learning something new each day. Helping people reach their financial goals is her passion. She has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering in the community and helping people and businesses. Some things she has volunteered for include: Senior Luncheon, Adopt-A-Trail, Adopt-A-Highway, The Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Pinhead, Ah haa, and School Rotary Dictionary Distribution for local schools in Telluride, Norwood, and Naturita.
