These reports were produced by the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) using data supplied by the Telluride MLS® by the third-party vendor (10K) starting in the 2nd Quarter, 2013. Reports earlier than the 1st Quarter, 2013 are not available. The reports will normally be available approximately 2 – 3 weeks after the end of each month. The 10K Market Report analyzes Telluride MLS® statistical data and Real Estate activity for 16 pre-selected areas. Market Update reports between Spring, 2003 and January, 2013 can be made available upon request.
